We are constantly developing new features for our software, some of these projects will take longer than others. You will receive monthly updates on new features, bug fixes, and other developments at Cert Safe.

How do I raise a support ticket?

You can raise a support ticket within your Cert Safe platform by clicking onto your profile, selecting support and then raising ticket.

Can my training provider use Cert Safe?

Yes, we highly recommend inviting your training provider to use Cert Safe. If your training provider is using Cert Safe, they can automatically track your employees’ training requirements on your behalf which will save you a lot of time.
